Termini di servizio
Ultimo aggiornamento: 30 ottobre 2026
Puoi eliminarlo in qualunque momento dall'app (Impostazioni → Elimina account).
4. Abbonamento

Terms of service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the Sapiez app and the sapiez.com website (the "Service"), provided by PK - PROJECT KEY S.R.L., Via Città della Pieve 76, 00191 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT 15538561000 ("we"). By using the Service you accept these terms.
1. The Service
Sapiez offers original summaries, to listen to and read, of the main ideas of non-fiction books. The summaries are independent works written by our editorial team: they are not affiliated with or endorsed by the books' authors or publishers. Titles and author names are cited only to identify the works we discuss. The summaries are not a substitute for reading the original books.
2. Synthetic voices and content production
Audio narrations are read by synthetic, artificially generated voices. Audio files carry a machine-readable marking stating this, under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Texts may be prepared with the help of automated tools and are always reviewed by our editorial team, which is responsible for them.
3. Account
Listening requires an account, created with email and a sign-in code, with Apple or with Google. You are responsible for the use of your account. You can delete it at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account).
4. Subscription
Some content requires a Premium subscription, monthly or yearly, purchased through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the app before purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, from your Apple or Google account settings. Payment, renewal and any refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
5. Permitted use
Content is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or scrape it, or use it to train artificial intelligence systems. You may not circumvent the Service's technical protections.
6. Copyright
The texts, audio, covers and the Sapiez brand are owned by or licensed to us. If you believe content infringes your rights, write to sapiez.team@gmail.com identifying the work, the disputed content and your contact details: we will review the notice and, if it is well founded, remove the content.
7. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the Service available and accurate, but it may have interruptions or inaccuracies. Content is for information only and is not professional (medical, financial, legal or psychological) advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service; liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and mandatory consumer protections are unaffected.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be notified in the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction and you keep the mandatory protections of your country.
